Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential federal government client seeking an experienced Quantum Computing/Cryptography Engineer. In this role, you will:
- Utilize programming languages including Python, C++, and Java for quantum computing and cryptographic implementations
- Design and develop quantum algorithms and cryptographic solutions for government applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum computing capabilities into existing systems
- Research and evaluate emerging quantum technologies and post-quantum cryptographic methods
- Support secure communications infrastructure and cryptographic protocol development
What We're Looking For
- Experienced-level professional with background in quantum computing, cryptography, or related fields
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and Java
- Public Trust – Level 4 security clearance eligibility required
- Located in or willing to work remotely from the Lawrence, Douglas County area
