About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential professional services organization seeking a Manager with deep Oracle HCM expertise to join their Advisory practice in Philadelphia. Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, upgrades, and optimization engagements for enterprise clients
- Manage project teams, budgets, and client relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Design and configure Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and related functionality
- Conduct discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops with stakeholders
- Oversee data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities
- Develop business cases, roadmaps, and change management strategies for HCM transformation initiatives
- Mentor and develop junior consultants on technical and client-facing skills
- Contribute to practice development through proposal development and thought leadership
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and configuration
- Proven track record managing full-lifecycle Oracle HCM projects as a project lead or manager
- Strong expertise across multiple Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Time and Labor, or Payroll)
- Experience with Oracle HCM reporting tools and integrations
- Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing engagements and manage stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (typically 50-80%)
- Oracle HCM certifications strongly preferred
