We are seeking a mid-level professional with a strong analytical background to lead logistics and analytics projects in Hamburg. This role offers direct ownership of high-impact initiatives that shape operations at a European scale.

As our client builds innovative solutions in the grocery delivery space, you'll tackle real-world challenges spanning supply chain optimization, fulfillment operations, and customer analytics. This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional consulting deliverables and own the implementation of your solutions end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects across logistics, supply chain, and analytics domains with full accountability from concept through execution
• Identify growth opportunities and operational improvements using data-driven analysis and advanced modeling techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple European markets to implement solutions at scale
• Build analytical tools and frameworks using SQL and Python to solve complex business problems
• Drive measurable business impact by translating insights into actionable strategies and operational changes
• Navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, making independent decisions and delivering results quickly

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Econometrics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or equivalent quantitative field
• 2-5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, private equity, investment banking, retail, or e-commerce with hands-on deal or project experience
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in SQL and Python (or eagerness to learn)
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Entrepreneurial mindset with creative problem-solving skills and a hands-on, results-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently, move quickly, and thrive in a high-performance environment
