Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential grocery technology organization expanding across Europe. We are seeking experienced professionals with backgrounds in top-tier strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking, e-commerce, or commercial roles to join their Düsseldorf office.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact projects across logistics, supply chain, automated warehousing, pricing, assortment optimization, or customer lifetime value initiatives
• Take full ownership from strategy development through implementation, driving measurable business results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple European markets to solve complex operational challenges
• Leverage advanced analytics tools and technology to identify opportunities and build solutions end-to-end
• Work at a fast pace in a high-performance environment, testing ideas, learning from outcomes, and iterating quickly
• Communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to stakeholders across the organization

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Econometrics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or equivalent quantitative field
• 2-5 years of work experience in top-tier management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or retail with hands-on deal experience
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, or eagerness to learn these tools
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and out-of-the-box thinking
• Hands-on approach with a nothing-is-impossible attitude
• Ability to work independently, move quickly, and deliver results in a dynamic scale-up environment
