Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B automotive technology platform in Munich for a Product Manager position. In this role, you will own features and improvements across your product area—from initial requirements through engineering implementation to launch.

Your core responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing conversion funnels to identify where dealers drop off in the purchasing process and developing measurable improvements
  • Managing technical partner integrations and supporting API implementation alongside engineering teams
  • Conducting regular dealer interviews, collecting structured feedback, and translating insights into concrete requirements
  • Independently maintaining and prioritizing your backlog with data-driven justification
  • Tracking post-launch KPIs for your features and defining next steps based on performance data

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years of product management or product owner experience, ideally in digital B2B, platform, or e-commerce environments. You must have hands-on experience with conversion optimization—you've analyzed funnels and implemented measurable improvements.

Required qualifications:

  • Technical understanding of API integrations (you don't need to code, but you must follow engineering discussions)
  • Strong analytical working style—you work directly with data to drive decisions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and self-initiative; you identify blockers without waiting for assignments
  • Strong communication abilities; you explain complex topics clearly and enjoy direct customer collaboration
  • German at C2 level and business-fluent English
  • Solid experience with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence
  • AI-forward working approach—you actively use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot in daily work

Advantageous experience:

  • Checkout, payment, or financing processes (e.g., BNPL)
  • Partnership management or automotive sector exposure
