About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential cleantech organization in Berlin for a fixed-term Product Manager position covering parental leave. This is an opportunity to work on Customer Care products that directly support operational teams and end users in a fast-growing sustainable technology environment.

You'll be developing product strategy for Customer Care tooling, working with AI prototypes, CRM systems, and automation solutions that improve resolution times and customer satisfaction. This role sits at the intersection of product development and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap for Customer Care digital products and workflows
• Identify opportunities for AI-powered solutions, build prototypes, and validate concepts before full implementation
• Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, prioritization, and delivery cycles
• Partner with Customer Care leadership to standardize and automate operational processes
• Measure product impact through customer satisfaction metrics, resolution times, adoption rates, and qualitative feedback
• Iterate continuously based on data and user insights

What We're Looking For

• At least three years of Product Manager experience, ideally in Customer Care, Support, Service, After-Sales, or similar operational domains
• Proven track record building or improving products, workflows, or digital experiences that help customers resolve issues
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems; Salesforce Service Cloud experience is particularly valuable
• Practical experience with AI copilots, agents, or comparable AI applications in product or operational contexts
• Experience standardizing or automating processes to improve efficiency and quality
• Strong data-driven approach using metrics, feedback, and qualitative insights to prioritize and measure impact
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to align partners around a clear roadmap
• German language skills at C1 level and English at C2 level required

Pay
