GTM UK – Internship / Working Student

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential clean-tech startup expanding into the UK market. Our client is a Berlin-based, Y Combinator-backed company with over 2,000 customers and a lean, ambitious team. They are now looking for a motivated intern or working student to support their go-to-market efforts as they scale internationally.

This is a 4–6 month engagement starting January 2026, offering hands-on experience in sales, business development, and market expansion. You'll work directly with the GTM Lead and Sales team, splitting your time 75/25 between operational execution and strategic projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with day-to-day tasks, including customer contact and outreach
• Develop and refine sales decks and marketing materials for the UK market
• Participate in events, trade fairs, and on-site customer visits in the UK
• Contribute to the development of AI and automation tools to improve team effectiveness
• Assist with operational and strategic initiatives supporting international expansion

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or software engineering
• Previous experience in a startup, consulting, or venture capital environment
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Based in Berlin and willing to work hybrid from an office in Mitte
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative and ambition
