Business Analyst 4 (Change Management)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential government services organization seeking an experienced Business Analyst specializing in Change Management. This is a 100% remote position supporting multiple Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) initiatives within a dedicated Change Management Office.

Important: The selected candidate must be able to pick up equipment in person from the Richmond, VA office at the start of employment.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple DDI initiatives across the organization's change management function
• Partner with project teams to assess change impacts and develop mitigation strategies
• Document business requirements and translate them into actionable change plans
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions and gather feedback throughout implementation cycles
• Track and report on change adoption metrics and initiative progress
• Create communication materials and training documentation to support organizational transitions

What We're Looking For

• Senior-level business analysis experience (Business Analyst 4 equivalent)
• Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies and frameworks
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a remote environment
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration capabilities
• Experience supporting government or large enterprise DDI projects preferred
• Must be able to travel to Richmond, VA for initial equipment pickup
