Responsibilities

• Generate new business and achieve sales targets through proactive outreach
• Cross-sell insurance products to existing customers to expand coverage
• Identify and qualify leads from multiple sources
• Educate clients on insurance solutions that align with their protection needs
• Deliver professional, consultative customer experiences
• Build lasting relationships as a trusted advisor in your community
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

What We're Looking For

• Strong interest in pursuing a sales career in the insurance industry
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and consistent follow-through
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses
• Confident professional demeanor and relationship-building skills
• Previous sales experience is advantageous but not required
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to New Hampshire

Compensation
