About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a working student (Werkstudent m/w/d) for a performance-driven role in finance and consulting. This is not a typical student job—our client offers structured responsibility, clear goals, and a pathway to a trainee program for those ready to perform.

This remote position requires very strong German language skills (C1+), as all training, team communication, and future professional development will be conducted entirely in German. The role combines active client engagement with systematic skill development in a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

Initial phase (first weeks):

• Schedule client appointments through telephone outreach, networking, and lead follow-up
• Build and maintain a clean pipeline of opportunities
• Learn conversation frameworks, needs assessment techniques, and documentation standards
• Work with KPIs, receive feedback, and systematically improve results

Ongoing responsibilities:

• Support analysis of client situations and prepare structured consulting materials
• Participate in client conversations (based on your development level)
• Execute follow-ups and ensure clear next steps
• Maintain thorough documentation and process standards
• Collaborate closely with a performance-oriented team and take ownership of assigned projects

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences (Fachhochschule)
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and commitment
• Self-initiative and structured work approach
• Drive for performance and measurable results

Preferred background:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, consulting, or competitive sports/performance culture

This role is not suitable if you:
