About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Freelance Principal Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team on a full-time engagement basis. This is a fully remote opportunity where you'll operate as a strategic talent acquisition partner, owning the hiring process end-to-end across technical and business functions.

In this high-ownership role, you'll work within a lean TA team focused on delivering exceptional hiring outcomes while consistently raising the bar on talent quality. You'll manage multiple searches simultaneously, build robust pipelines, and partner closely with hiring managers to secure top-tier candidates in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive 8–12 active searches simultaneously across technical, commercial, and business functions
• Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines with a strong emphasis on sourcing passive talent
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, success criteria, and hiring strategy
• Execute structured, full-cycle recruitment processes from intake through offer stage
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, anticipating needs and sustaining hiring momentum
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience while upholding a consistently high hiring bar
• Close candidates by building trust, alignment, and demonstrating long-term fit

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter within a global SaaS or technology company
• Demonstrated ability to hire across both technical and business roles
• Strong sourcing capabilities—you know how to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates
• Confidence in assessing talent and contributing to high-quality hiring decisions
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to hiring processes
• High degree of ownership and autonomy—comfortable operating at speed with limited direction
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environments
• Experience working remotely and managing searches across global markets
