Role Overview

As our Compliance Officer, you'll be the guardian of regulatory standards and internal controls at Freseniusglobal. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements across relevant jurisdictions and industries, translating them into actionable company policies
• Conduct compliance assessments and audits to identify gaps, vulnerabilities, or areas needing improvement
• Design and deliver training programs to ensure employees understand compliance obligations and their role in maintaining them
• Investigate reported violations or concerns, document findings, and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain compliance documentation, records, and evidence of our adherence to regulatory standards
• Stay current on changes in legal and regulatory landscapes that affect our business
• Work with internal teams and external counsel to resolve compliance questions and challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law, business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• 3+ years of compliance, risk management, regulatory affairs, or related experience
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, regulatory reporting, and audit processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex rules to non-specialist audiences
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Proficiency with compliance software, document management systems, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple departments
