Sr Project Engineer

Freseniusglobal is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Melrose Park at our Ruby Street location. In this full-time role, you'll lead critical projects from conception through delivery, combining technical expertise with strategic project management to drive measurable results.

Position Summary

The Senior Project Engineer position at Freseniusglobal offers the opportunity to oversee complex, multifaceted projects while partnering with cross-functional teams. You'll be responsible for translating business objectives into actionable project plans, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, leadership capability, and communication excellence within our Melrose Park office environment.

Core Duties

• Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and quality assurance
• Develop comprehensive project scopes, schedules, and budgets aligned with organizational priorities
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing technical guidance and fostering collaborative problem-solving
• Communicate project status, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and team performance
• Conduct requirements analysis and establish clear success criteria with clients and internal partners
• Monitor and control project scope, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of project management or engineering experience, with demonstrated success leading technical initiatives
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical project delivery methodologies
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and coordinating across departments
• Superior written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse audiences
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a professional environment at our Melrose Park location
