About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential DevTools platform in the Web3 space. They're seeking a Technical Writer and Trainer to serve as their knowledge expert, creating documentation and training that helps users master both their platform and navigate the broader decentralized technology landscape. This is a remote position based in India.
We're looking for someone who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content and deliver engaging training to diverse audiences—from beginners to advanced users in the Web3 ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Craft compelling technical documentation and user guides that help users navigate developer tools and Web3 fundamentals
- Create comprehensive training materials covering the use of various Web3 tools and platform functionalities
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to users of all experience levels
- Stay current with the evolving Web3 landscape and incorporate new tools and concepts into documentation
- Collaborate with development, product, and customer support teams to ensure documentation reflects the latest updates and user needs
- Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve documentation and training content
- Serve as a knowledge resource, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience creating technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Strong understanding of software development and DevTools concepts, including Web3 principles and terminology
- Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training sessions for diverse audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and accessibly
- Experience gathering and utilizing user feedback to improve content
- Familiarity with popular Web3 tools and platforms such as Safe Wallet SDK, The Graph, Chainlink, ThirdWeb, WalletConnect, Tenderly, Alchemy, and Infura
- Ability to adapt content for both beginner and advanced users in the Web3 space
