We are representing a confidential law firm seeking Remote Insurance Defense Attorneys to join their collaborative practice. Our client operates a fully remote structure and is actively looking to partner with small attorney groups who want to maintain their autonomy while gaining access to enterprise-level resources and support.

This unique arrangement allows you to eliminate operational overhead, increase your compensation, and focus on what you do best—practicing law—while our client handles infrastructure, marketing, case management tools, and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Handle insurance defense litigation including auto, premises liability, and general liability matters
• Maintain and grow client relationships with firm-level support
• Collaborate with a distributed team of defense attorneys across the organization
• Utilize advanced case management systems and firm resources to deliver excellent client outcomes
• Participate in a flexible integration process designed around your group's needs

What We're Looking For

• Small groups of licensed attorneys (typically 2-10 practitioners) currently focused on insurance defense work
• Active Florida bar license or ability to handle Florida-based claims
• Established practice in areas such as auto defense, premises liability, or general liability
• Interest in scaling your practice without managing day-to-day operations
• Desire to join a collegial, like-minded team while maintaining professional independence
• Openness to a collaborative merger or affiliation model
