BUSINESS VALUATION AND LITIGATION SUPPORT MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Lead business valuation engagements for financial reporting, transaction advisory, and litigation purposes
• Prepare detailed valuation exhibits, supporting memos, and narrative reports illustrating complex financial analyses
• Provide litigation support services including economic damage calculations
• Serve as expert witness, delivering testimony at trial and depositions
• Supervise and mentor staff across multiple concurrent engagements, ensuring quality delivery within time and budget parameters
• Conduct appraisal reviews and quality control assessments
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for expanded services
• Participate in business development activities and professional networking (approximately 100 hours annually)
• Contribute to firm administration including staff scheduling, performance evaluations, training, and recruiting
• Maintain approximately 1,375 annual billable hours at acceptable realization levels

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of business valuation experience, including financial reporting valuations and appraisal review work
• Current and valid CPA license (required)
• Professional valuation credential: CFA, ASA, ABV, or equivalent (required)
• Demonstrated experience in litigation support matters with economic damage calculations
• Prior experience providing testimony at trial and depositions
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software and financial analysis tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while mentoring team members
• Leadership mindset with commitment to team development and knowledge sharing
