Client Success Partner – Enterprise

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in France that is seeking a Client Success Partner - Enterprise. Our client provides a collaborative learning management platform to help organizations scale their internal training and development programs. This is a strategic, relationship-focused role working with the largest enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise clients (2000+ employees) in their digital training strategy and platform adoption
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite HR executives including CHROs, Chief Learning Officers, and Digital Learning Managers
• Coordinate internal resources (technical, pedagogical) to ensure client success and contract renewals
• Define learning transformation roadmaps with clients and create implementation plans
• Identify and document customer use cases to demonstrate platform value
• Partner with Account Managers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Reduce churn by proactively identifying at-risk accounts and implementing remedial action plans
• Develop internal advocates and champions within client organizations
• Share best practices with the broader Client Success team

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Client Success Manager, HR/Learning/Change Management Consultant, or Digital Learning Manager
• Proven ability to lead complex, impactful projects within Enterprise accounts (2000+ employees)
• Knowledge of the SaaS B2B industry is a strong advantage
• Demonstrated interest in digital learning, education technology, and e-learning
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with executive presence
• Fluent French and excellent English proficiency (B2 minimum required)
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance relationship management and business outcomes

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process. The client's package includes base salary, variable compensation, and equity. Benefits include work-from-home stipend, RTT (reduced working time), lunch vouchers, medical insurance, gym subscription, and parental leave.

Location: France (full remote work possible anywhere in France, flexible hours)
