Junior Influencer Marketing (m/f/d) | US Market

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential clean beauty organization expanding into the US market. We're seeking a Junior Influencer Marketing professional to join their Berlin-based team and drive growth through strategic creator partnerships focused on the American audience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop influencer marketing expertise within a fast-growing, sustainability-focused beauty brand.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential influencers for collaboration in the US market
• Support relationship management with influencers, agencies, and brand partners
• Assist with briefing processes to ensure creator alignment with brand expectations
• Learn to negotiate partnerships with focus on performance metrics and budget optimization
• Contribute to execution of influencer marketing strategy supporting revenue objectives
• Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports
• Own operational tasks throughout the influencer collaboration lifecycle to ensure smooth execution

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of the US influencer landscape with hands-on American market experience or background living in the US
• Proficient English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, and/or Marketing, preferably in Influencer Marketing
• Proven track record achieving revenue KPIs and targets
• Results-focused mindset with creative thinking abilities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with operational and repetitive tasks; hands-on, go-getter attitude
• Passion for beauty, data analytics, and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets)
