Brand Experience Manager (m/f/d)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential beauty brand in their search for a Brand Experience Manager based in Berlin. Our client is a rapidly growing organization focused on clean, sustainable skincare with distribution across Europe and through major retail partnerships.

As Brand Experience Manager, you will own the complete customer and brand experience across all touchpoints. You'll map and optimize the customer journey, shape unboxing experiences, and transform customer insights into segmentation strategies that maintain brand consistency and desirability at every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer journey across all channels, identifying and resolving friction points through data analysis, surveys, and customer feedback
• Partner with Marketing, Website, and CRM teams to personalize digital experiences at scale
• Lead the unboxing and product experience strategy, including packaging, inserts, and merchandise, collaborating with Creative and Product Development on launches, artwork approvals, and regulatory compliance across markets
• Build data-driven customer segmentation and personas with CRM and Data teams to enable tailored customer journeys
• Own Voice of Customer initiatives including reviews, surveys, social listening, and support analytics, as well as brand perception and awareness studies
• Track and report on CX and brand health KPIs such as NPS, repurchase rate, churn, and Brand Health Index
• Ensure brand consistency across tone, visuals, and copy; maintain the Brand Book and oversee correct usage of sustainability certifications
• Mentor junior team members on tools, processes, and best practices
• Manage cross-functional brand projects from concept through launch

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in customer experience, brand marketing, or customer insights, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands
• Proven track record translating data and customer feedback into actionable strategy with measurable outcomes
• Experience managing cross-functional projects across marketing, product, creative, and operations teams
• Strong capability owning segmentation, journey mapping, and CX reporting end-to-end
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior team members
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with excellent project management skills across parallel workstreams
• Collaborative, calm, and adaptable in fast-moving scale-up environments
• Fluent in English; additional European languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian are a plus
• Experience working with packaging design and production teams is strongly preferred
