About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential film streaming and commerce organization seeking a Shop Operations Intern to join their London team. This is a hands-on role supporting digital commerce operations, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams including creative, logistics, and marketing. You'll gain comprehensive exposure to e-commerce platforms, merchandising, inventory management, and customer communications within the entertainment industry.

This is a 3-month internship with hybrid working (3 days in-office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, with flexibility on remaining days).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day e-commerce platform operations including product uploads, deactivation, merchandising, and UX improvements
• Coordinate with customer support teams on new product launches and operational updates
• Manage sales coordination, invoice processing, and routine administrative tasks
• Assist marketing efforts through copy proofreading, creative asset review, campaign link testing, and CRM updates
• Liaise with internal and external global teams to ensure timely product information flow and market-specific adaptations
• Perform routine website maintenance checks to ensure functionality and content accuracy
• Support merchandise conception, production workflows, and brand partnership initiatives
