Senior Product Manager – Parental Leave Cover (Fixed-Term, 12 Months)

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing enterprise SaaS organization expanding into operational workflow territory. This is a 12-month fixed-term role covering parental leave—a rare opportunity to make outsized impact on a high-stakes product expansion without the long-term commitment.

As Senior Product Manager, you will:

• Own a flagship task-management product as your primary focus, shaping it from early build into a solution that scales to thousands of frontline locations across retail, warehousing, healthcare, and field operations
• Drive roadmap and prioritization decisions in partnership with domain experts and solution designers
• Work directly with flagship enterprise customers, translating their operational reality into product requirements
• Maintain the wider actions portfolio—forms, HR workflows, and existing integrations—steering maintenance priorities with the core engineering team
• Define success metrics focused on adoption by frontline workers first, corporate reporting second
• Bring an AI-native lens to product decisions, identifying where intelligent layers genuinely unblock workers versus where they add noise
• Navigate open strategic decisions with senior stakeholders on product architecture and platform integration

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years in product management with strong commercial and business orientation—you think in customer value and outcomes, not just features
• True generalist who owns products end-to-end across discovery, delivery, go-to-market, and stakeholder management
• Thrives in ambiguity and greenfield situations—you prefer shaping fuzzy new problems over optimizing mature ones
• B2B SaaS background with understanding of enterprise customers and large-scale rollouts
• Fast and pragmatic under real deadlines without losing sight of end users
• Confident and opinionated—comfortable holding your own with senior engineering teams and leadership on priorities and strategy
• AI-native in both how you work and how you approach product thinking

Highly desirable:

• Experience with deskless/frontline or operational-workflow products (task management, retail/hospitality operations, field service)
• Hands-on understanding of enterprise action surfaces—Microsoft 365 actions, ServiceNow, HRIS, or task-management platforms
• Track record taking a product from early build through scaled enterprise rollout
• Familiarity with permissions and hierarchy models across organizational structures—a core challenge in this role

Location and Employment Details
