Wir vermitteln für einen vertrauenswürdigen Kunden im Facility-Management-Bereich in München einen Haustechniker Gebäudemanagement (m/w/d) in Vollzeit und unbefristeter Festanstellung.
In dieser Position betreuen Sie haustechnische Anlagen und gewährleisten einen reibungslosen Gebäudebetrieb. Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende, Kunden und externe Dienstleister in allen Fragen des Gebäudemanagements.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
- Eigenständige Durchführung von Unterhaltungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten
- Pflege der Außenanlagen einschließlich Winterdienst
- Koordination externer Handwerks- und Wartungsfirmen sowie Überwachung und Abnahme deren Arbeiten
- Betreuung von Besprechungen und Veranstaltungen durch Raumvorbereitung und Bedienung der Medientechnik
Was wir suchen
Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise als Anlagenmechaniker SHK (m/w/d), Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d), Elektriker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Idealerweise bringen Sie mit:
- Berufserfahrung als Haustechniker (m/w/d), Hausmeister (m/w/d), Servicetechniker Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d) oder Facility Manager (m/w/d)
- Gute Kenntnisse im technischen Gebäudebetrieb sowie im Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Selbstständige, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
- Führerschein der Klasse B
