About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential education technology organization based in Germany that is making a significant impact in digital skills training and career transformation. Our talent team is currently seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with deep Google Ads expertise to join their fully remote team.

This is a strategic role where you'll take full ownership of Google Ads accounts, driving scalable performance and contributing to meaningful social impact by helping thousands of people restart their careers.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and strategically develop Google Ads accounts with full ownership
• Design and implement scalable SEA strategies aligned with defined performance objectives
• Continuously analyze, optimize, and strategically allocate campaign budgets
• Identify and execute growth opportunities, testing initiatives, and automation potential
• Leverage AI tools for analysis, research, campaign optimization, reporting, and workflow efficiency
• Proactively evolve Google Ads strategies, processes, and best practices

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google Ads
• Deep expertise in Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube campaigns
• Proven track record of independently managing and scaling complex Google Ads accounts
• Strong analytical understanding and confidence with tracking, attribution, and performance KPIs
• Proficient use of AI tools for analysis, optimization, automation, and improving workflow efficiency
• High degree of personal responsibility, strategic thinking, and autonomous decision-making ability
• Fluency in German required for this position
