Werkstudent (m/w/d) RevOps / Sales Operations – voll remote

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential education-technology organization seeking a working student to support their Revenue Operations team 20 hours per week, fully remote across Germany.

Your core responsibilities from day one include:

• Manual data maintenance, cleansing, and updating of contact, company, and deal records in HubSpot
• Supporting adjustments to email campaigns and conducting A/B tests on subject lines, content, and call-to-actions
• Assisting with telephone lead outreach and lead qualification activities as capacity allows

As you grow into the role, you may take on additional technical projects based on your interests:

• Developing website pages and landing pages for campaigns, optimizing load times, SEO fundamentals, and conversion
• Connecting various tools (website, CRM, HR systems, forms) and automating recurring workflows using AI tools and low-code platforms
• Ensuring clean data flow, creating dashboards and reports for marketing and consulting teams
• Identifying technical improvement opportunities and implementing your own solutions with significant creative freedom

What We're Looking For

• Quick learner with structured, meticulous working style
• Ability to solve minor issues independently using documentation and help centers
• Reliability and strong attention to detail, especially for repetitive tasks
• Drive to continuously question processes and increase efficiency; you spot where time, effort, and budget are wasted
• Willingness to handle both strategic thinking and dependable execution of routine work
• Creativity in marketing (no prior experience required, but enthusiasm for testing and improving copy and campaigns)
• Communication skills and interest in customer contact by phone, with a sense for persuasive conversation
• Very strong German language skills required
• Nice-to-have for future technical responsibilities: foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, APIs, automation platforms, AI tools, or SEO
