Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential EdTech organization seeking a Proposal Manager in the UK. This high-impact role sits within the revenue organization and focuses on creating compelling sales collateral that wins new business in a competitive marketplace.

You'll work in a deadline-driven environment where your writing, storytelling, and project management skills directly support sales success. This position combines creative proposal development with operational efficiency initiatives, requiring both strategic thinking and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Write and manage creation of custom proposals, pitch documents, presentations, and sales collateral on tight timelines
• Craft creative, compelling content that differentiates our client from competitors and generates new business opportunities
• Edit and refine sales documents to ensure they are interesting, succinct, and error-free
• Enforce style guidelines and maintain consistency across all outgoing documents
• Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts to develop technically accurate sales materials
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies, including creating repeatable templates and self-serve resources
• Facilitate document reviews and provide guidance on cover letters, executive summaries, and key proposal sections
• Support proposal team operations by building how-to resources, updating templates, and contributing to content libraries
• Develop strong relationships across the business to strengthen partnerships and team success
• Support Proposal Managers on RFP responses and assist leadership with operational improvements

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years' experience in a fast-paced, high-volume writing environment
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with proven ability to craft persuasive documents
• Strong project management and time management skills with ability to juggle multiple deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to effectively use AI-enabled tools and emerging best practices to support proposal writing and content development
• Experience in high-tech or SaaS industries preferred
• Experience with proposal automation software considered an asset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; adaptability and positive attitude essential
• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Technical Writing, English, Communications, or Journalism
• Team player mindset with willingness to "do what it takes" to deliver results
