Temporary Creative Production Project Manager – Germany

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential content marketing organization seeking a Temporary Creative Production Project Manager for a contract running October through April. This is a 100% remote, full-time contract position open to candidates across the EU with English-German bilingual fluency.

Our talent team is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client, a global firm specializing in content strategy, editorial production, video, and design services. The successful candidate will serve as the critical bridge between creative teams and client deliverables, ensuring quality and timeliness across multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal advocate for client accounts, ensuring their strategic objectives are understood and met
• Create and maintain client-facing delivery schedules across editorial, design, and video projects
• Track monthly tasks and deliverables, coordinating with production teams to ensure on-time, on-brief completion
• Review all creative work before client delivery, providing green-light approval or actionable feedback to production teams
• Attend regular client check-ins (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on account)
• Escalate and resolve content or strategy issues quickly and effectively
• Maintain diligent records and manage proprietary software systems
• Allocate time across client communication (20%), internal coordination (20%), delivery review (20%), product planning (20%), and miscellaneous tasks (20%)

What We're Looking For

Required:

• English and German fluency (bilingual proficiency essential)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in creative project management, editorial, or content production
• Strong creative background, ideally with editorial focus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong editorial judgment and ability to interpret and advance client briefs
