About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential manufacturing organization with global operations. Our talent team is seeking a Finance ERP Specialist to join their headquarters in Hannover. This role combines deep finance expertise with digital transformation leadership, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and optimization across international entities.
As Finance ERP Specialist, you will serve as the central bridge between finance operations and technology teams, driving process improvements and system development across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Own finance modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 for current and future group entities
- Configure and advance ERP processes, interfaces, and digital finance solutions
- Analyze and optimize business processes with focus on accounting, consolidation, and treasury functions
- Lead sub-projects within finance transformation initiatives, including workflow implementation and automation
- Manage go-lives, rollouts, and ongoing development of the finance technology landscape
- Collaborate with finance teams, Dynamics 365 specialists, and external consulting partners
- Translate finance requirements into technical solutions through structured requirements management
- Create process documentation and deliver user training sessions
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree in business administration, finance, or business informatics; or commercial training with finance specialization
- Several years of experience in financial accounting with solid understanding of finance processes, booking logic, and monthly/annual closings
- Very good German and English language skills (both required)
- Strong proficiency with MS Office and common ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Initial experience with digitalization projects and genuine interest in process and system development
- Ability to work effectively across finance and IT functions
