Sterling Account Executive

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization in their search for an Account Executive based in Paris. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and strengthening client relationships across multiple industries.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Creating and executing strategies to generate new revenue and close business opportunities
• Identifying, qualifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities through the full sales cycle
• Prospecting new leads via cold calling, internet research, networking events, and direct marketing initiatives
• Conducting one-on-one and group presentations, both online and in-person, to educate prospective clients on service offerings
• Managing project quotes, billing, and coordination with production teams to ensure smooth and profitable execution
• Providing exceptional customer support and managing client expectations throughout the engagement
• Communicating professionally with stakeholders at all levels of seniority
• Traveling within France as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events

What We're Looking For

Essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Proven track record in sales or client-facing roles
• Experience or strong interest in M&A, financial services, or professional services sectors
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Strong presentation skills for both in-person and virtual settings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively within a team
• Self-motivated learner who embraces challenges and is driven to succeed

Preferred experience:

• Background in financial, legal, or technology services
• Prior experience in B2B sales or business development roles
