IT-Administrator Business Solutions & Logistics (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential mid-sized manufacturing organization near Munich seeking a skilled IT Administrator to lead their complete technology landscape. This is not a ticket-queue role—you will own the enterprise IT infrastructure from end to end.

In this position, you will:

• Operate, administer, and advance the company-wide IT system landscape including Microsoft 365, business applications, and ERP systems
• Administrate and roll out Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central—mapping and optimizing critical business processes
• Analyze, digitize, and continuously improve business, logistics, and end-to-end processes
• Integrate and optimize logistics/inventory management systems and interfaces using APIs, JSON, XML, and CSV
• Coordinate updates, releases, and external IT service providers including SAP and IT service partners
• Implement and develop IT security, backup, and governance concepts
• Define, document, and sustainably establish IT, system, and business processes
• Organize and conduct user training sessions—transferring knowledge to functional departments
• Manage digitalization and process optimization projects in coordination with data protection, works council, and external partners
• Participate in works agreements related to new systems and processes
• Develop scripts and technical solutions for automation and efficiency improvements

This is a staff position with direct CEO reporting, broad technology ownership, and genuine decision-making authority in a hybrid environment based in Maisach.

What We're Looking For

Essential requirements—candidates without these will not be considered:

• 3–7+ years of hands-on administration experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV—not just support or configuration, but installation, roll-out, process mapping, and optimization
• Strong Microsoft 365 expertise including user, role, and permissions management, Teams, and SharePoint
• Experience with both server and cloud infrastructures—you understand hybrid environments
• System integration and interface expertise with APIs, JSON, XML, and CSV—you connect systems, not just operate them
• Demonstrable experience digitizing and optimizing business and logistics processes—implemented solutions, not just theory
• Understanding of business and end-to-end processes—you think in workflows, not just tickets
• Strong communication and interface skills between IT and functional departments—you explain complex technology clearly and train users effectively
• Structured, solution- and process-oriented working style with high initiative, implementation strength, and sense of responsibility
• Pragmatism and solution orientation—you can master legacy system landscapes, not just build new ones
• Willingness for continuous professional development—actively engaging with new technologies
• Good German language skills—daily on-site collaboration in Maisach

Profiles that will not succeed:

• Pure helpdesk/support profiles without BC implementation depth
• Candidates without Dynamics 365 BC/NAV experience—this is not a nice-to-have, it is the foundation
• Candidates with pure SAP or Oracle ERP background without BC experience
• Expectation of full remote from day one—on-site onboarding required, hybrid possible afterward
• Low initiative or lack of project ownership—you will lead, not just execute
• Pure coding profiles without process and business understanding
