Overview

Our client, a confidential logistics technology company, is seeking a Working Student to join their Marketing & Communications team in Frankfurt am Main. This is an immediate start opportunity for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing within the transportation and logistics sector. You'll work on real campaigns, create content that goes live, and contribute to industry events—all while building practical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, including copywriting, visuals, and short animated videos
• Support the organization and execution of industry fair participation and internal/external events
• Design branding and marketing materials that align with established corporate identity guidelines
• Conduct market and competitor research within the rail and logistics industry, preparing actionable insights for the team
• Manage monthly newsletter production and maintain CRM system data
• Assist with press relations and external communications initiatives
• Develop and pitch your own campaign concepts and marketing ideas

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field
• Genuine interest in rail freight and logistics (no prior industry knowledge required)
• Initial marketing, communications, or PR experience through internships or working-student roles preferred but not mandatory
• Self-starter who can develop campaign concepts independently and take ownership of projects
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both German and English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Familiarity with Canva, Vimeo, Jira, and Confluence is advantageous
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude or GPT, including prompt engineering; HubSpot knowledge is a plus
• Proactive team player who thrives in collaborative environments
