Role Overview
As a Retail Membership Sales Specialist at our Freehold location, you'll be the front line of our membership program, helping customers understand and enroll in the benefits that matter most to them. Core Duties
- Present membership options to retail customers and explain program benefits and value
- Complete membership applications and enrollment processes accurately
- Answer customer questions about coverage, rates, and membership advantages
- Track and report on daily membership sales activity
- Build rapport with customers to encourage membership adoption and renewal
- Process membership-related transactions and handle customer inquiries
- Maintain knowledge of current membership offerings and promotional campaigns
- Support the retail team in delivering a positive customer experience
