Our talent team is representing a confidential infrastructure services organization based in Schleswig-Holstein. This is a senior-level Chief of Staff position working directly with executive leadership to drive strategic and operational initiatives across the business. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Brügge with a hybrid working model that includes partial remote work options.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with executive leadership to support strategic and operational management of the organization
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, prepare executive decision materials, and ensure efficient internal processes
• Organize and track meetings, action items, and follow-through on strategic initiatives
• Prepare analyses, reports, and executive briefings for leadership review
• Serve as a central interface between departments and external partners
• Prioritize initiatives and ensure strategic projects are delivered on schedule
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders and maintain transparency in decision-making processes

What We're Looking For

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or comparable field
• Proven experience in strategy development and business management, ideally in a similar role such as project leadership, business development, or consulting
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to structure complex projects, set priorities, and develop well-founded recommendations for executive leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• High degree of initiative, reliability, and accountability with the ability to work independently and systematically
• Proficiency with digital tools and data-driven decision-making
• Experience in change management and process optimization is highly desirable
