Intern – Marketing

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fintech organization in Berlin, and we're seeking a Marketing Intern to support their growth team with hands-on content and digital marketing execution.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing the content calendar and creating posts for Instagram and LinkedIn, including educational content, case studies, and product storytelling
• Producing visual assets and supporting short-form video content (Reels, explainer videos) using available tools
• Conducting competitive research and assisting with SEO/blog article development
• Maintaining leads in the CRM system, tracking booking status, and supporting email campaign management
• Compiling simple performance reports: calculator usage, booked meetings by channel, social media engagement
• Providing organizational support for webinars, events, and partnership initiatives
• General marketing assistance including content approval coordination and ad-hoc research for the growth team

What We're Looking For

Education: Currently enrolled student in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media Studies, or related field (or comparable background)

Language: Native or near-native German proficiency is essential, as client communication is German-first. Strong English skills for bilingual website content and international topics.

Practical Skills:

• Confident user of Instagram and LinkedIn with experience creating content (copywriting, simple graphics/Reels) — personal experience counts as much as internship experience
• Comfortable with digital tools in general (Canva, CRM systems, AI-assisted tools)
• Strong writing skills and language intuition, as much of the work involves copywriting

Working Style:

• Able to work independently in a small team environment
• Genuine interest in fintech, payments, or B2B topics (prior knowledge not required, but curiosity is important)
• Organized enough to maintain a content calendar independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have: Prior exposure to SEO/blog content, interest in international trade, personal experience with international payments
