Position Summary

The Houseperson position is essential to WorldMark Angels Camp Resort's operations. You'll maintain the highest cleanliness and presentation standards across guest accommodations and common areas, ensuring every visitor enjoys a welcoming, well-maintained environment. Working as part of a dedicated housekeeping team, you'll perform daily cleaning tasks, address maintenance concerns, and contribute to the overall guest satisfaction that defines our resort experience in Angels Camp.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and resort units to established quality standards
• Maintain common areas, hallways, and public spaces throughout the property
• Perform laundry duties including washing, drying, and pressing linens and guest items
• Restock guest supplies, amenities, and housekeeping inventory
• Inspect rooms and facilities for maintenance needs and report issues to management
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment and chemicals appropriately
• Work efficiently to meet daily room turnover quotas while maintaining quality standards
