About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential health insurance organization that is transforming how people access preventative healthcare across Europe. Our client is experiencing rapid growth and needs talented sales professionals to join their expanding Inbound Sales team in France.

This is an exciting opportunity to close deals daily while working with small businesses, independent workers, and individuals who are seeking comprehensive health coverage. You'll own the entire sales cycle from initial qualification through to closing, educating prospects and delivering compelling value propositions that convert interest into partnerships.

The role offers the chance to build a new sales practice from the ground up, contributing to playbooks, processes, and AI-powered sales tools that are reshaping modern B2C sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete inbound sales cycle for leads with 1-5 employees, from qualification to close
• Educate prospects on health insurance products and provide persuasive arguments to convert them into customers
• Apply a consultative selling methodology that prioritizes exceptional prospect experience
• Develop high-touch strategies tailored to each prospect's unique needs
• Close deals consistently while maintaining quality of customer experience
• Contribute to building best-practice playbooks for one-call-close scenarios
• Share product feedback to improve the self-serve member experience
• Collaborate on process improvements and leverage AI-powered sales tools
• Challenge existing methods and contribute ideas beyond your core role

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of sales experience with demonstrated closing ability
• Native-level French proficiency (C2 or above) and advanced English
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous follow-up capabilities

• Natural empathy and genuine passion for solving customer problems
• Positive attitude with collaborative team mindset
• Quick learner with desire to make immediate impact
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz
