Field Sales & Training Executive (CDD) — Sephora France

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential clean beauty organization in their search for a Field Sales & Training Executive based in Paris. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract (CDD) with strong potential for renewal and permanent conversion based on performance.

You'll serve as the brand's commercial representative inside select Sephora France locations—not as a counter Beauty Advisor, but as a field-based account executive and training lead. You'll own sell-out performance, train and coach retail teams, manage store relationships, and ensure flawless brand presentation across 5 doors in Paris.

This is a founding field team role with real autonomy. You'll run your territory, deliver commercial results, and shape how the brand shows up on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Drive sell-out performance across assigned doors and deliver against monthly and quarterly targets
• Sell alongside retail Beauty Advisors to increase conversion rates and basket size
• Negotiate and execute brand moments including sales challenges, activations, and in-store events
• Train Beauty Advisor teams on product knowledge, routines, and brand storytelling through floor briefings and formal sessions
• Coach retail staff on selling techniques, routine building, and cross-sell strategies
• Deliver launch education to ensure confident product introductions on the floor
• Support large-scale education events and press activities as needed
• Own relationships with Store Managers and Beauty Advisor teams
• Maintain merchandising standards, tester availability, and stock levels during every store visit
• Provide weekly field reports covering sell-out by door, merchandising status, and tester photography
• Report competitor activity and customer insights that inform commercial planning

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 5 years in prestige cosmetics sales and education, or senior Beauty Advisor ready for the next career step
• Sephora experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record driving sell-out in retail environments
• Confident delivering training, in-store events, and product demonstrations to floor teams
• Commercially minded with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-directed and highly organized—you manage your territory independently
• Passionate about skincare; K-Beauty knowledge is a significant advantage
• Fluent French and professional English required
• Based in Paris with legal right to work in France
• Available for up to 20% travel (seasonal, with expenses covered)
• Available for full-time work including weekend coverage

Pay
