Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential SAP consulting organization seeking an experienced SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Team Lead to drive enterprise transformation initiatives. In this role, you will:
- Lead national and international SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementation and transformation projects from initiation through go-live
- Manage international project teams, stakeholders, and partner relationships across multiple geographies
- Oversee project governance including budget management, risk mitigation, and escalation protocols
- Collaborate directly with HR, IT, and executive leadership to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Guide complex integration scenarios involving SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and Payroll systems
- Ensure successful delivery of enterprise-scale HR technology transformations
What We're Looking For
Our client requires a seasoned project leader with deep SAP HCM ecosystem expertise. The ideal candidate brings:
- Proven experience leading international SAP HCM or SuccessFactors projects across multiple countries
- Strong understanding of HCM processes and SAP system landscapes
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and project leadership capabilities in complex enterprise environments
- German language proficiency at C1 level or higher, plus good working English
- Willingness to travel approximately 30–50% of the time to project sites
- Availability for full-time engagement or part-time minimum 30 hours per week
