Working Student (m/f/d) – Freight Forwarding

Responsibilities

Our client, a confidential freight forwarding organization in Hamburg, is seeking a working student to support their daily logistics operations. In this role, you will ensure shipment data remains current and accurate across multiple systems, working closely with the operational team to maintain smooth workflows.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Maintaining and updating shipment data in internal systems and Excel
• Recording, organizing, and managing logistics-related data and documents
• Supporting the team with daily forwarding activities
• Verifying data for completeness and accuracy
• Helping keep processes and documentation current
• Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure efficient daily operations

What We're Looking For

We are representing our client in their search for a detail-oriented working student who brings:

• Strong MS Excel skills
• Structured, reliable, and careful approach to work
• Good organizational abilities and eye for detail
• Fluent German and basic English language skills
• Genuine interest in logistics and freight forwarding
• Previous experience in logistics or forwarding is advantageous but not required

This position is based in the Hamburg office with good transport connections accessible by car, train, or bicycle. The role offers 30 days of holiday per year (pro-rated) and the opportunity to gain practical experience in a diverse, international working environment.
