(Senior) Project Manager (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital solutions organization based in Berlin that delivers technology projects with meaningful societal impact. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives serving public-sector and enterprise clients across Germany.

This role offers the opportunity to manage large-scale digital transformation projects using agile, classical, or hybrid methodologies. You'll work with interdisciplinary teams to translate client requirements into functional IT solutions across diverse technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead large IT projects of significant scope using agile, classical, or hybrid project management approaches
• Translate client requirements into IT solutions and processes with your interdisciplinary team; act as Product Owner in agile project setups
• Deliver projects across varied technology environments including CMS, form management systems, low-code platforms, custom applications, and workplace solutions
• Guide clients throughout project lifecycles on digital transformation questions and recommend appropriate solutions from the organization's portfolio
• Manage interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate between internal and external stakeholders
• Design and facilitate client workshops, developing strategies for efficient digital solution implementation
• Identify optimization opportunities in internal and external collaboration, develop targeted recommendations, and proactively shape change processes

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience managing IT projects with demonstrated ability to independently lead projects
• Strong command of agile or classical project methodologies; certification preferred (PMI/CAPM, Prince2, Scrum PSPO/PSM)
• Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding IT projects across websites, intranets, apps, digital application systems, or specialized applications
• Comfort with complex technical topics and genuine interest in client needs with awareness of business development opportunities
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels with ability to convey complex topics clearly to different audiences
• Completed university degree
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
