Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a leading creative agency in Hamburg. Our client is an established player in the advertising and communications sector, working with major national and international brands across B2C and B2B markets. They're seeking a (Senior) Social Media Manager to join their dynamic team of strategists and content creators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media, communication, and campaign strategies for diverse client accounts
• Plan, coordinate, and steer social media projects and campaigns across all relevant platforms and channels
• Derive insights from performance data and translate them into strategic and creative social media recommendations
• Create social-first communication concepts, content approaches, and strategic platform strategies
• Advise clients on social media trends, platform developments, creator culture, and digital communication opportunities
• Facilitate workshops, briefing sessions, and collaborative working formats with clients and internal teams
• Monitor timelines, workflows, and project priorities to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery
• Support pitch efforts and develop strategic and creative foundations for new business initiatives
• Track societal, technological, and cultural developments to identify new opportunities for brands and communities

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital culture, and online communities
• Deep familiarity with platform mechanics, trends, and audience behavior across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels
• Excellent sense for storytelling, tone of voice, and platform-native communication
• Ability to develop and evaluate social content concepts for relevance, quality, and feasibility
• Proficiency with social media management, analytics, and publishing tools
• Understanding of the interaction between organic social, paid social, and creator-driven communication
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style with the ability to maintain overview in fast-paced environments
• Fluency in both German and English (required)
