Senior Project Integration Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization that is building critical infrastructure to support Europe's energy transition. Our client is seeking a Senior Project Integration Manager to join their team in Karlsruhe, working on complex industrial facility projects that combine advanced process engineering with sustainable resource development.

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) where you'll coordinate cross-functional project delivery, ensuring seamless integration across engineering, procurement, construction, and HSE disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and integration of project management interfaces between sub-projects and functions including HSE, engineering, and supply chain
• Implement and establish project management best practices across all project phases—from planning and procurement through construction execution
• Support Delivery Managers in executing projects safely, professionally, on schedule, and within approved budgets
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, standards, regulations, and safety/quality requirements in collaboration with Delivery Managers
• Provide transparent internal and external reporting on project progress and key milestones
• Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to Project Execution Team members
• Travel regularly to project sites along the Upper Rhine Valley

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma degree in Plant Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or comparable discipline
• Several years of professional experience in engineering, procurement, contract management, and project management—ideally in upstream operations, plant construction, or EPC projects
• Strong technical expertise in project management and in planning/executing complex plant construction and infrastructure projects
• Fluent German and English skills with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
• Outstanding teamwork and communication skills with professional stakeholder management experience
• Proficiency with standard software applications
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region
