We are representing a confidential telecommunications organization seeking a Service Manager for B2B Key Accounts in the energy sector. This position is based in Cologne and offers the opportunity to manage critical infrastructure accounts while ensuring excellent service delivery for complex mobile solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support and management of B2B key accounts in the energy sector
• Oversee service delivery for ongoing operations of complex mobile telecommunications solutions
• Create, analyze, and present regular service reports for top-tier clients
• Monitor, manage, and continuously develop agreed SLA structures
• Conduct active stakeholder management at customer level and with internal departments
• Ensure high standards of service, process quality, and overall delivery excellence
• Manage customer projects including planning, implementation, and controlling
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies to handle complex customer requirements

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience as a Service Manager in B2B environments, ideally with enterprise customers in energy or critical infrastructure sectors
• Proven expertise in customer service within IT or telecommunications providers
• Confident presence with excellent communication and presentation skills across operational, management, and executive levels
• Strong service orientation and quality awareness
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German language skills and good English proficiency, both written and spoken
