(Senior) Project Manager (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital solutions organization seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead IT initiatives of significant scope and impact. In this role, you will:

• Lead large-scale IT projects using agile, classical, or hybrid methodologies
• Translate client requirements into technical solutions and processes with your interdisciplinary team, acting as Product Owner in agile setups
• Deliver projects across diverse technology environments including content management systems, form management platforms, low-code solutions, custom applications, and workplace tools
• Guide clients through digital transformation initiatives and advise on solution strategies throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Manage cross-functional project teams and coordinate between internal and external stakeholders
• Design and facilitate client workshops, developing strategies for efficient delivery of digital solutions
• Identify process optimization opportunities, develop actionable recommendations, and drive change management initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience managing IT projects with demonstrated ability to lead projects independently
• Strong command of agile and classical project management methodologies; certification (PMI/CAPM, Prince2, Scrum PSPO/PSM) strongly preferred
• Passion for delivering exceptional IT projects including websites, intranets, applications, digital workflow systems, or custom solutions
• Enthusiasm for complex technical challenges and client engagement, with strong instincts for identifying business development opportunities
• Excellent communication skills with ability to navigate all levels of project organization and explain complex topics clearly to different audiences
• Completed university degree
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
