Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential digital solutions organization seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead meaningful IT initiatives. In this role, you will:
- Lead large-scale IT projects using agile, classical, or hybrid methodologies
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to translate client requirements into technical solutions and processes; serve as Product Owner in agile environments
- Deliver projects across diverse technology stacks including content management systems, form management platforms, low-code solutions, custom applications, and workplace technologies
- Guide clients through digital transformation initiatives and advise on technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage cross-functional project teams and coordinate between internal and external stakeholders
- Design and facilitate client workshops, developing strategies for efficient digital solution implementation
- Identify process improvement opportunities, develop actionable recommendations, and drive change initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing IT projects with proven ability to lead projects independently
- Strong command of agile and/or classical project management methodologies; certification preferred (PMI/CAPM, Prince2, Scrum PSPO/PSM, or equivalent)
- Passion for delivering outstanding digital projects—websites, intranets, mobile apps, digital application systems, or business applications
- Comfort with complex technical challenges and strong client engagement skills with awareness of business development opportunities
- Excellent communication abilities across all organizational levels, with talent for explaining complex topics clearly to diverse audiences
- Completed university degree
- Fluent German and English language skills, written and spoken
