Werkstudent im Verkauf (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential health and wellness retail organization seeking a working student for their sales team in Düsseldorf. In this role, you will:

• Serve as a product ambassador, providing expert consultation to customers and helping them find personalized solutions for their individual needs
• Create welcoming, inspiring in-store experiences that make every visit memorable
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the product portfolio and communicate ingredient benefits authentically
• Contribute to store performance through individualized customer consultations and attention to key performance indicators
• Support the team during peak hours, including Saturdays and weekday evenings until 19:00

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student at a state-recognized university in Germany with at least one full semester remaining
• Proven sales and consulting experience, ideally in cosmetics or other premium advisory-intensive products
• Proactive personality with a hands-on mentality and genuine enthusiasm for customer interaction
• Strong team player who builds trust quickly with both customers and colleagues
• Availability for 10–20 hours per week, including Saturdays and weekday evenings
• Fluency in German required for customer-facing responsibilities
