WF is hiring a Senior Premier Banker to join its retail banking team across the Greater Vine District, serving customers at 2 Locations. This full-time position offers the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships and deliver tailored financial solutions in your community.

What This Role Involves

As a Senior Premier Banker, you'll be at the center of your clients' financial lives. You'll manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families, understanding their complete financial picture and connecting them with the right banking products and services. This is a client-focused role where relationship-building and strategic financial guidance drive your daily impact.

What You'll Do

• Build and nurture deep relationships with premier banking clients, serving as their trusted financial advisor
• Assess client needs across lending, investment, and deposit products to recommend comprehensive solutions
• Manage loan origination, account documentation, and regulatory compliance to ensure smooth service delivery
• Cross-sell banking products and services, growing client portfolios and driving branch revenue
• Provide guidance on financial planning, wealth management options, and investment opportunities
• Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure regulatory compliance in all client interactions

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in retail banking, client relationship management, or related financial services
• Strong consultative sales skills and proven ability to identify client financial needs
• Knowledge of banking products, lending practices, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a genuine client-first mindset
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and consistently meet performance goals
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
