We are representing a well-established construction firm in München that specializes in demanding structural building projects. Our client seeks a (Senior) Construction Site Manager to take ownership of high-quality projects and lead on-site operations with autonomy and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex structural construction projects independently from start to completion
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and all project stakeholders on site
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards throughout the build
• Monitor construction progress and organize site workflows efficiently
• Collaborate with clients, architects, specialist planners, and internal project teams to ensure seamless project delivery

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in construction site management within structural building projects
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and project execution processes
• Responsible, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a collaborative team approach
• Fluency in German is essential for this role; English is advantageous
