About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization based in Munich that is scaling its network-based installation model across Germany. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join their operations in a hybrid capacity.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) working with a growing organization that coordinates certified local trade partners to deliver sustainable energy solutions. The role offers hybrid flexibility with a structured schedule combining remote work and collaborative office time in Munich.
Responsibilities
- Drive automation initiatives across partner network operations and capacity management systems
- Develop and implement data-driven workflows to optimize regional coverage and resource allocation
- Build automated reporting and KPI tracking mechanisms for network performance monitoring
- Create technical solutions to streamline partner onboarding, qualification, and performance assessment processes
- Design automated pricing and capacity planning tools to support commercial negotiations
- Implement CRM system enhancements and integrations to improve partner relationship management
- Develop incentivization and tier management systems with automated logic and triggers
- Build dashboards and analytics platforms for transparent network steering and decision-making
- Collaborate with partnership and operations teams to identify automation opportunities
- Establish scalable technical infrastructure that supports rapid organizational growth
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in automation engineering, process automation, or business systems development
- Strong technical proficiency with CRM systems, workflow automation tools, and data integration platforms
- Experience building automated reporting, KPI tracking, and performance management systems
- Understanding of partner network models, capacity planning, or operations management systems
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical automation solutions
- Data-driven approach with experience deriving insights from operational metrics
- Hands-on mentality with ability to think strategically while executing tactically
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where processes are evolving
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Fluent German (C2 level) and good English language skills required
- Proficiency with digital tools and modern development/automation platforms
