About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential construction organization in München that is seeking a (Senior) Construction Site Manager (m/w/d) specializing in civil engineering projects. Our client is an established company with a strong track record in infrastructure and civil engineering, offering modern working structures, an excellent project pipeline, and genuine opportunities for professional growth.

This is a permanent position where you will take ownership of challenging civil engineering projects from start to finish, working within a collaborative environment with flat hierarchies and direct decision-making authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage demanding civil engineering construction projects independently
• Coordinate and supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Organize and monitor all construction site operations and workflows
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, planners, and internal departments throughout the entire project lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in construction site management, ideally within civil engineering (Tiefbau)
• Strong knowledge of construction project execution and site organization
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong cost and quality awareness
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Fluent German language skills required for this Munich-based position
