Branch Manager South Mountain

WF is seeking a Branch Manager South Mountain to lead operations and drive business growth across our 6 locations. This is a full-time, on-site position for banking leaders ready to build high-performing teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Role Overview

Core Duties

• Lead and develop branch staff, creating a supportive environment that encourages accountability and growth
• Manage daily operations across assigned locations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and excellent customer service
• Drive business development and sales goals while ensuring ethical, compliant presentation of all products and services
• Oversee cash management, security procedures, and regulatory compliance across your branch network
• Identify and mentor emerging leaders to build a strong pipeline of future managers
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to boost productivity and profitability
• Build community relationships that strengthen WF's local presence and reputation

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail or branch banking experience with demonstrated supervisory or management experience
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams
• Deep knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers and staff
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth in a competitive environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with sound decision-making judgment
• Proficiency with banking systems and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed across your assigned locations
