Westlake is hiring a Superintendent-Maintenance for our Building Products facility in Henderson, Colorado. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead maintenance operations and ensure peak facility performance in our manufacturing and distribution environment.

About This Position

As Superintendent-Maintenance at our Henderson location, you'll oversee the maintenance function supporting our Building Products operations. This leadership role is essential to maintaining operational efficiency, safety standards, and production continuity. You'll be responsible for developing and executing maintenance strategy, optimizing equipment uptime, and managing team performance while driving excellence in our facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance team activities and supervise daily operations across the facility
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and repair work is executed efficiently
• Monitor facility systems and address maintenance issues promptly
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize output
• Manage maintenance budgets and track performance metrics
• Train team members and ensure adherence to best practices
